The rules at this game aren't going to be unfamiliar to most roleplayers. This game was created to house critters that were homeless and bring together a fun atmosphere for people to game at. The cardinal rule applies here just as it does in other games on this server. IC/OOC should not mix. If this occurs, you will be removed from this game.
This game doesn't require a sample entry or a scene example to play here. All you need to do is an intro within one week of being accepted into this game. Aim isn't required in this game. However, if you don't have Aim please have some type of contact post/spam post for communication with other members in the game. It doesn't have to be anything lengthy, just a little something to make people aware that you are around.
We require that all journals have some type of a disclaimer. This protects the game but also you as a player.
This is a new game but we have a character limit of 3 here. We feel this is fair to prevent role hogging and god modding. This rule may change in the future. As of June 23, we began doing activity checks at the beginning of each month. We remove journals for outdated friends lists and/or no activity. We also reserve the right to remove people for being outdated with friends lists as a sign of inactivity alone. The members here have worked hard to create this little online atmosphere, we reserve the right to protect the game and change the rules accordingly to situations that arise.
If removed for inactivity, fill out the application after posting a new entry. We don't have an update rule so there should be no reason for any character to flood the page at the end of the month.
The mod team may decide that a role can't be picked up again if too much history except by the original writer.
Slash is accepted here. In addition, a reminder added on 7/1/11 - Gay/same sex relationship bashing isn't accepted here. This will not be tolerated and if done is grounds for removal.
Incest isn't accepted here. We also ask that realism be taken into account in regards to pregnancy.
Holds are for one week. The maximum length of a hiatus is 3 weeks. This can be extended if the mod is contacted about what is going on.
The most important rule though is to enjoy your time in this game.
